The Nanaimo Timbermen dropped a 16-13 decision to the Victoria Shamrocks on Wednesday. Nanaimo was led offensively by Brett Hawrys with four goals and four assists, Corey Shires had two goals and three assists and Mitch Parker had four goals.
The loss is Nanaimo's third in a row to fall to 4-6-1 on the season.
A venue change for the Timbermen game on Saturday. The game against Langley will now be played at the Island Savings Centre in Duncan at 4:00PM.
On Sunday Nanaimo hosts New Westminster at 5:00PMĀ at the Nanaimo Ice Centre.
