|POST GAME| Thunder Sink the Islanders
The start was exactly what the Langley Thunder were looking for, 2-1 after the first. Although the second period took a bit of a turn when their lead turned into a 3-2 and then a 5-3 Delta lead. But Brayden Kirk, Ryan Marel, Bobby Kidd and Mitch McDole turned the deficit into a 6-5 lead.
The Thunder would score six more goals to finish the night with a 12-5 victory over the Delta Islanders.
With the win, the Thunder are two points back of second and four points back of first place in the BCJALL.
