Township of Langley, BC (Friday, June 26, 2015) - The Langley Junior Thunder have traded captain and forward James Rahe to the Six Nations Arrows for future considerations.
Rahe led the Thunder in goals (34), assists (38) and points (73) in 17 games this season. The twenty-year old leaves the Junior Thunder as the all-time leader in games played (78) and goals (118). He also ranks second all-time in team history with 131 assists and 249 points.
"We would like to thank James for his time with the Junior Thunder," said General Manager Rob Buchan. "He's an unbelievable player and is also a first-class individual and always put the team first. We wish him best of luck with Six Nations."
