The Langley Thunder (8-7) defeated the Nanaimo Timbermen (2-12) 15-7 on Saturday night.
The Thunder had a 6-goal first, 7-goal second and a 2-goal third that ended the Timbermen's night.
Langley was led by Ryan Martel who scored 5 goals and 3 assists, Dawson Rodin who had 2 goals and 2 assists, Mitch McDole who has 3 assists, and Nathaniel Kozevnikov who had 3 goals. Hudson Shelvey, Nathan McKeigan, Matt Brunsch, Quinn McKitrick and Intermedia A call-up Ross Pridemore had the other goals for the Thunder.
Langley will host the Coquitlam Adanacs (14-1) on Thursday night at 7:30pm inside the Langley Events Centre.
