Junior Thunder set for April 28 home opener

The road to the Minto Cup begins April 26 in Port Coquitlam for the Langley Junior Thunder.

The BC Junior A Lacrosse League released the 2019 schedule on Saturday with the Thunder travelling across the Golden Ears Bridge to face the Saints in the first game of the season for the entire league.

The Thunder play their home opener at Langley Events Centre two days later when they welcome the Victoria Junior Shamrocks on April 28 with a 5:00 p.m. start time.

All of Langley’s home games are either on Thursdays or Sundays this season with the regular season set to end for Langley on July 7.

Both the BCJALL champion and finalist will compete in the 2019 Minto Cup at Langley Events Centre in August.
