Junior A Tmen Announce Commitments of Several Local Players

The Junior A Timbermen will have a strong local contingent for the 2015 season.

A pair of strong defenders will be back in this season; Scottie Reynolds who had 3 assists and 12 penalty minutes in 15 games, and David Mjoen who appeared in 14 games and added 3 points.

Also on the defensive side of the ball Jordan Kuziek will return for the first time since the 2013 campaign.

He appeared in 12 games that season and put up 124 penalty minutes.

On offense Ben Cawthorne will move up from the Intermediate A squad.

He was Nanaimo's 2nd leading scorer with 54 points in 18 games.

The Timbermen will open the BCJALL season on April 26th in Coquitlam.

Nanaimo’s home opener is Saturday May 2nd against the Delta at the Nanaimo Ice Centre.

Season tickets for the Timbermen are now available. For $135 you can get an Adult seasons pass for both the Junior A and Senior A Tmen.
