HE'S BACK - Brett Hawrys

The Junior A Timbermen welcome back lefty Brett Hawrys for the 2015 season.

He'll make his season debut this Saturday in Nanaimo's home opener against Delta.

This is Hawrys third year with the Timbermen, although the Armstrong native spent the end of last season with the Adanacs.

Hawrys played one regular season game with the A's and was a key contributor for Coquitlam in the playoffs, and the Minto Cup, where he had 7 points in 6 games.

Overall Hawrys had 67 points in the 2014 season which ranked him 10th in BCJALL scoring.

In 37 career games he has put up an impressive 143 points.

With his skill set and experience Hawrys should be one of the top offensive players in Junior A lacrosse this year.

Nanaimo’s home opener is Saturday May 2nd at 4:00pm against Delta at the Nanaimo Ice Centre.

Season tickets for the Timbermen are now available. For $135 you can get an Adult seasons pass for both the Junior A and Senior A Tmen.
