Adanacs end Thunder season

It is game over for the Langley Junior A Thunder.
The Thunder fell 18-6 to the Coquitlam Adanacs in Game 3 on Wednesday night at the Coquitlam Sports Centre of their best-of-five BC Junior A Lacrosse League semi-final series, losing the series 3-0.
Langley led 3-2 after 20 minutes but could not recover from a second period which saw them outscored 11-2.
Cody Todd led the Thunder offence with a pair of goals and an assist and his three points were matched by Mason Eastgate's one goal and two helpers and Daniel Battistin's three assists. Jacob Glass (1-1), Parker Doyle and Brayden Longacre had the other Langley goals.
Caleb Khan stopped 33 of 47 shots while Deklan Morrison also saw action in the Langley net, making six saves on 10 shots.
Parker Kennedy led the Adanacs with four goals and 10 points with Nathan Chalmers (2-5) and George Caldroney (3-4) adding seven-point games.
