12-8 Sr. B's WIN

Saturday Night at the Nanaimo Ice Centre it was a full fest of Timbermen action on the floor where the Senior 'B' Timbermen battled the full 60 minutes to beat the Junior 'A's by a score of 12-8.

Following the first twenty minutes the score was 3-2 for the Senior's, in the middle of the second Coach Couling would change goalies from Jerryd Jensen to Brad Everson. Jensen stopped 23 shots.

After forty minutes of play both teams would add only one goal, 4-3 for the Seniors. And again at the 15:00 minute mark in the third period Coach Couling would swap Brad Everson for Matt Zeller in net.

And following 60 minutes the Senior 'B's would take the game 12-8 - Connor Leies lead the way with five points, two goals and three assist, Alec Molander had one goal and three assist for a total of four points, while Devan Smith, Tyson Black, Ben Cawthorne, Brody Glemnitz and Cody Short all had one goal.

Next up the Junior's start the regular season on the road Sunday, April 26th where they will take on the defending West Finals Champions the Coquitlam Adanacs.
